We are the first centre exclusively dedicated to dialysis therapies in Genoa.

The new Centro Dialisi Genova is a facility exclusively dedicated to patients with chronic renal insufficiency and represents the natural development of an increasingly qualified medical knowledge pathway. It is a project that gives concrete form to a deep and specific know-how and stems from the awareness of the importance of being able to guarantee dialysed patients the most advanced therapies in a welcoming and dedicated context, with the aim of improving their quality of life.

The new Centro Dialisi Genova brings together 40 years of specific experience gained by Gadomed in the field of dialysis therapies. The in-depth knowledge of high- tech materials and medical devices, equipment, systems, product and targeted service, are the wealth of professionalism and expertise that makes the difference in the new centre’s offer and makes it a true excellence in the care of dialysed patients in outpatient settings.

The structure

DIALYSIS ON HOLIDAY FOR CAREFREE TRAVEL

The Centro Dialisi di Genova is located inside the Centro Polifunzionale Danilo Ravera. The facility has a reserved parking area for patients and visitors and is easily accessible by public transport.

The centre has a separate entrance dedicated to ambulances, allowing them to stop comfortably without interfering with local traffic.

Inside the centre there are 9 dialysis stations, capable of accommodating up to 36 patients per treatment cycle.

The Dialysis Centre Genoa is qualified as a CAD (Dialysis Assistance Centre), specialising in the treatment of post-acute and chronic stabilised patients. The staff has been carefully sized according to the expected workload for the current year, and includes the following professionals

2 nephrology physicians
1 head nurse
9 nurses
1 health and social worker (OSS)
1 dedicated secretary

This organisation ensures a high level of care and assistance during the two daily dialysis shifts.
